How is work done at Beraterei?

My roots are in marketing consulting with a focus on marketing communication. Training in systemic organizational consulting and coaching broadens and adds to this approach. I use both sources for my work complementarily.

Who is consulted by Beraterei?

Due to my work at the interface of companies and the media I am familiar with the customs and procedures specific to the branch, typical problems and possible “blind spots”. Therefore I am able to offer especially effective consulting in such a context?for individuals, teams or organizations.

What is unique about Beraterei?

I have been customer and service provider, employee and self-employed, member of the staff and executive manager. My approach to consulting is thus not purely academic but shaped to a great extent by practical experience. My own experience with founding a company adds another perspective.
